Three outstanding community leaders join WF’s Board of Directors

Leadership is key to success in any organization and the Foundation has strengthened its team by adding three new members to serve three-year terms on WF’s Board of Directors: 

• Ronn McMahon, President and CEO of YMCA of Greater Wichita 
• Cindy McSwain, Senior Vice President, Outsourcing Services of Allen, Gibbs & Houlik 
• Amy Williams, Senior Manager, Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion of Spirit AeroSystems 

The Foundation also recognizes and bids farewell to outgoing WF Board members Paul Allen, Yolanda Camarena and Sylvia Do. We are grateful for their dedicated service to not just WF, but our entire community.

The incredibly dedicated group of community leaders serving on our Board of Directors bring diverse expertise and resources to help us build the philanthropic, civic, and leadership backbone for Wichita.
