In 2020, the Wichita Foundation, alongside donors and local nonprofits, found the collective courage to meet the COVID-19 hardship head-on. Together, we mobilize

Grant-supported nonprofits responded swiftly during this crisis, adapting to assist the most vulnerable.

• Wichita Family Crisis Center addresses the shadow pandemic: domestic violence 
• Heartspring re-imagines outdoor play while keeping students safe

• Botanica creates a relaxing space for frontline heroes
• Guadalupe Clinic launches a bilingual COVID-19 vaccine campaign to reach the Hispanic community 
• Women’s Initiative Network and Dress for Success unite to better serve women in Wichita

Together, we revitalize

Partnerships arose for the COVID-19 Connection Funds, supporting 105 creative individuals and 18 downtown businesses in Wichita.

• When the music stopped, Music Theatre Wichita played on
